Victor Alvarez and Carlos Jimenez always had a love for music, but when the world slowed down, they saw an opportunity to build something new. When everything paused during COVID-19, they took a leap of faith and opened Big Papi’s. Some doubted them, but they knew that with dedication, they could make it work.

What began as an idea during uncertain times has now grown into two locations serving bold Mexican flavors.
